September through June, camp business hours are 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday thru Friday. Staff work remotely for much of this period and email is the most efficient way to contact us.

During the camp season our office is not always staffed as we are busy showing campers an amazing time!

Phone messages and emails will be responded to in order of priority as soon as we possibly can.
Please try to avoid calling between 8:00 pm and 8:00 am (unless it is urgent) so as not to disturb those sleeping in the Office Cabins.
Phone calls and emails will not be responded to between 5:00 pm on Fridays and 12:00 pm on Sundays.
